Doctor Who: Sting of the Zygons
by Stephen Cole

I adore Doctor Who, but this book didn't hold my interest the whole way through. I felt like the storyline wasn't complex enough or was a bit repetitious at times. I wanted something a little faster paced and cleverer from it.

The story matter itself, though, was typical Doctor Who. And the characters were quite good. There were a few lines or things here and there that seemed slightly OOC, but as a whole it was a great job. Some of the secondary characters were enjoyable as well (and, like the Doctor and Martha, you wanted them to survive). But they blended into each other at times and I had to go back to remind myself of who each was (though this might be my fault entirely because I read this book spread out over the span of a few months!)

Definitely enjoyable, just not the absolute best Doctor Who book I've read and didn't leave me with any questions/thoughtfulness when I was done.
